Roger will be cooking for 44 guests at Swindon College with 8 students to present The Great British Menu matched with Yalumba Wines. 

The London Marathon, Sunday April 17^th

Roger will be running The London Marathon tied to 49 others for a World Record Attempt to raise £100,000.00 for SCOPE

The MCGB Annual Charity Dinner, Westminster Kingsway College, Wednesday 18^th May 2011

Roger will again be cooking for 150 guests aided by students from Westminster Kingsway Culinary College; tickets are £60.00 per head for a 5 course dinner matched with wines, with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne Magnum Reception.

The Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival , Aberaeron, Sunday 10^th July 2011

Roger and his team will be cooking for charity all day down on the Harbour in Aberaeon on the beautiful West Wales coast. Over the years, the Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival has grown to be one of the highlights of the food calendar in Wales and several thousand people are expected to flock to the quayside this summer to see and taste the best of local seafood, fish and other produce. The Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival has been running for thirteen years now, and it just goes from strength to strength.
